**Cancellation policy**
Payments are due 24 hours prior to the appointment. We have a 2 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 2 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment. Early morning appointments and late evening appointment can be arranged. Please specify the details on the note when making your booking.
